We collect personal data from you when you:

• Apply for the RE-TRAIN-ME Initiative. When you apply for the RE-TRAIN-ME Initiative on the AHDB website, we collect your identifiers (e.g. name, email address), and your professional or employment information (resume, cover letter, employment history, and educational history). We use this personal data to allow the RE-TRAIN-ME Scientific Committee to manage and consider your application. The legal basis for this processing is the consent provided at the time of the submission of the application.


• Contact us. When you send AHDB a question or inquiry, a request for a service, or ask for other support, you will need to provide us with personal identifiers (name and email address) and any other information you choose to provide in your correspondence. We use this personal data to respond to your questions or inquiries, troubleshoot where necessary, and address any issues you have with the Websites or the services offered thereon.

RETENTION

The processing of your personal data takes place using IT and manual tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes of the processing indicated above and, in any case, in order to guarantee the protection, confidentiality and security of the data.
